What You Need to Know!

Our 2021-22 Return to School Plan has been developed to support the safe start to school for the 2021-22 school year within the direction provided by Alberta Education and the Chief Medical Officer of Health.

When Does School Start?

  • Thursday, September 2, 2021 is the first day of school for in school learners from Grades 1-12.

  • Tuesday, September 7, 2021 will be the first day for at home learners.

  • Kindergarten will start either Tuesday, September 7, 2021 or Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Schools will inform parents of their child's start date.

Registration Information and Dates

All parents who have not pre-registered in June are encouraged to register their child(ren) on registration days so that the first day of school is a full and productive day for students.
