The Board meets on the second Wednesday of every month. All meetings are held at the Division office located at 4313-48 Avenue in St. Paul. Regular meetings are open to the public. If you wish to have an item placed on the agenda, it is recommended that you contact the Secretary-Treasurer at least one week prior to the meeting date. A form will be made available to fill out at that time.
