St. Paul Education To Begin Using Online Payment System for Division Schools




St. Paul Education is excited to announce that they have partnered with School Cash Online, an easy to use, safe and convenient way for parents and guardians to pay for school fees, field trips and more from the comfort of home.


How Does School Cash Online Work?

All of your child's school fees will be posted onto the School Cash Online website. After registering, you will be able to see all of your child's school fees. You can then choose to pay these fees online through different methods, including credit cards and eCheque. You can also get email updates to help you keep track of which school fees require your attention.


When Can I Start Using School Cash Online?

Parents and guardians are able to register now, and some schools will be adding year-end fees, including for upcoming field trips. Most division schools will be using School Cash Online for the beginning of the 2019-20 school year.

You will be receiving a letter from your school principal in the coming days with more information about how you can use School Cash Online at your school.


How Do I Register?


Parents can register by visiting their school's website and clicking on the School Cash Online link on the right side of the home page. In addition to a link, you will also find a letter with more detailed information about the program and a helpful sheet with step-by step instructions to help you register.
